Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Supply Chain Project Support role will make an impact by tracing all activities, data and timelines of the project, interact with all involved dept.

(SC, R&A, QA, Manufacturing Sites/Central planners) and support project deployment avoiding supply disruptions.

Some of the key responsibilities will be:

- Track and trace last batch with old MA holder and first batch with new MA holder

- Create new bollino code (item master data) both in SAP and in Poligrafico Portal

- Update BOM of all involved SKUs in accordance to 1st batch availability

- Update all POs

- Bollino label management: Plan bollino replanishment, raise relevant Pos both in SPA and in Poligrafico Portal, manage obsolete bollino disposal with all vendors and communicate traceabiilty to MOH and SAP inventory adjustement

- Raise new import licences for all narcotis involved

- Manage customer return segregation

- We offer a fixed term contract of 12 months.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or Economics, or Master's degree in supply chain management would be an asset.

However, a combination of experience (minimum 2 years) and/or education will be taken into consideration

- Knowledge of supply chain process developed in Pharmaceutical Companies and/or in complex and multinational environment

- Good knowledge of Office, in particular Excel, and ERP (SAP)

- Preferred knowledge of Power BI

- Must possess following skills: accuracy, flexibility, teamworking, being proactive

- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
