**JOB PURPOSE**:

This position will support the Data Office & Procurement team with administration for their respective categories, including managing shipments and shipping documents.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Raise all POs for RM and FG from research to industrialisation to all suppliers, 3rd parties and modellerias

- Validate the purchase price of all RM, 3rd Pty and FG before purchasing

- Create the picking list necessary to ship materials and ensure on time delivery of RM to all modellerias

- Ensure correct invoicing procedure is followed by all suppliers, 3rd parties and modellerias

- Ensure new partners are onboarded and set up on all required systems in time for POs to be raised in a timely fashion

- Ensure timely shipment of all RM and FG protos and samples between BM and LTD for necessary review meetings

**PERSONAL PROFILE**:

- Strong attention to detail

- Experience with large volumes of data entry, ensuring complete detail and accuracy

- Speed in data entry

- Demonstrated ability to operate at pace with flexibility, initiative and solution orientated

- Good communication skills, able to effectively share information with the team in a clear, concise way

- Strong organisational skills

- Computer skills: PLM, Excel, Stealth
