Position:Supply Chain Supervisor

Job Description:The Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all warehouse functions are done timeously and accurately.

Minimum Requirements:Experience: Clear understanding of WMSExperience in a Logistics and Distribution environmentComputer literate (MS Office)6 months or more experienceMust be familiar with WMSEducation: Grade 12Roles and Responsibilities:Monitor attendance of all staffEnsure all workers are wearing the correct PPEAdminister leave for all employees in the shiftResponsible for all Forward PlanningEnsure that Training, Performance management, and succession planning of the TES Supervisors is in placeCompile Daily complement report and send to ADFusion Shift ManagerEnsure all toolbox tasks are completed before shift startsEnsure the shift runs well and queries are dealt with timeously in liaison with ADfusion Shift ManagerEnsure that process compliance is checkedEnsure all Health and Safety regulations are adhered toEnsure Housekeeping is done at the end of each shiftEnsure Cycle count is accurately done on each shiftEnsure registers are completed every day for every shiftEnsure that staff admin is accurateEnsure employees are paid the correct ratesMonitor the Clock in ReportManage Overtime worked and scheduledManage IncentivesProvide daily feedback to the ClientAttend daily planning meeting with the clientProvide feedback on trainingProvide feedback on staff complementProvide feedback on KPAs met and missedAttend Health and Safety meetingsAbout usAt Adcorp, we truly believe in the potential of our employees and are committed to supporting your career journey.
