MAIN SCOPE OF THE ROLEThe primary purpose of the Stagiaire in Supply Chain, Italy, is to support the supply chain team on handling customers logistics questions and complaints, support corrective actions implementation, and help consolidate key performance indicators. WHAT YOU WILL LEARNSupport the management of products Phase In / Phase OutSupport demand planner in forecasts analysisSupport team on products allocations processes, for products in back-order situationAnswer simple customer questions on delivery status, using dedicated communication templatesSupport compilation and analysis of supply chain Key Performance IndicatorsSupport new projects on improvements projects, some in interaction with our Global supply chain headquarters in FranceGenerate ideas, analyze and elaborate action plan on all subjects can improve day to day process and activitySKILLS & EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUNDBachelor's Degree (Economics, Management Engineering, . . . )Master in Supply Chain or customer service is a plus (optional)Excellent knowledge of EXCEL, Power Point, WORD, OutlookItalian and English Language proficiencyHigh rigor and precisionCollaborative.
