Within the framework of Dr. Max Italy continued growth, we are looking for a Supply Chian Planner.

- Supply Management;

- Calculate the needs in terms of stock respecting the company constraints (coverage, lead times) with the aim of maximizing the Service Rate;

- Manage the order process to the suppliers, until the integration of the stock into the warehouse;

- Optimize the stock structure : support definition of the most efficient product catalogue to be kept internally/bought externally;

- Insure that the promotional stock is ready and available for a flawless promotion execution;

- Stock management;

- Monitor Inventory Level;

- Monitor the quality of stock and implement corrective actions;

- Support the process of arbitration of stock between different channels (ECOM, Retail);

- Demand Planning;

- Contribute to the implementation of a monthly S&OP meeting;

- Propose the forecast of the assigned portfolio of products, to be discussed and shared in the S&OP meeting;

- Projects;

- Be the local contact in case of international project (i. e.

statistical forecast).

Desired Profile:

- Scientific degree;

- 2 years indicative of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail contexts;

- Must-have: Good knowledge of the English language;

- Excellent knowledge of the office package, in particular of Excel and PowerPoint;

- Strong analytical skills, determination, energy;

- Proactivity and flexibility.
