**Whats the Role?

**:

Based in Aprilia, and reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this is a key role responsible for meeting the order obligations of Zespri European kiwifruit to export and EU markets managing the export logistics execution of ZGS supply chain.

Key Accountabilities include:

- Ensuring best in class order management for ZGS, developing and executing loading plans in line with DIFOTIS criteria fulfilling market demand with mínimal variations from planned ETDs and ETAs

- Coordinating day to day inter-functional resolution of logistic challenges, communicating proactively with fruit suppliers, trucking companies, freight forwarders and 3PLs

- Managing freight order creation, monitors logistics costs and ensures appropriate escalation for resolution of forwarders and suppliers payment issues occurs

- Training and coordinating local seasonal staff and NZ Supply Coordination team during seasonal support.

- Supporting process improvement projects in collaboration with SIS and Digital teams ZGS in Zespri's related forums owning UAT supply chain processes and documents orders and logistics processes for continuous improvement

- Extracting data and reports from multiple sources and ensure wider business visibility of loading plans contributing to SC management reporting

**Who are You?

**:

Holding a relevant tertiary qualification (ideally BSc or higher), you will be love partnering with a range of stakeholders and will also have:

- Between 5-10 years of work experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations

- Solid working knowledge of Power Point, Excel, Word

- Exposure to SAP

- Power BI and BI Tools competencies (advantageous)

- Fluency in both the English and Italian language - written and oral (French or Greek an advantage)
