Life at Tiqets
**What you will do
As a Supply intern for the Italy, Southern, and Central European team, your primary focus will be on optimizing our efforts in your assigned destinations. Based in Rome, you will report directly to two Regional Managers and play a key role in the growth of venues and activities through our instant delivery and mobile ticketing solution.
By analyzing the market of attractions, museums, theme parks, and other activities in the region, you will help create a strategic supply advantage. Your responsibilities include fostering the success of our established partnerships in both existing and new cities within your assigned destinations, working closely with both regional and HQ teams. Additionally, you will support Regional Coordinators and Success Managers in operational daily tasks such as inventory management, market analysis, product creation, and optimization.
The region currently encompasses the following countries: Italy, Austria, Turkey, Hungary, Czech Republic, Croatia, Malta, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Israel, Romania, and Jordan.
**Projects we are working on**:
No day is the same at the Rome office. Our daily mission is to contract new ticketed supply and guarantee the best results for our existing products in the region.
But ad-hoc projects, like teaming up with world-renowned landmarks to host exclusive events or press covered activities spice up the life of our office and bring new challenges every day.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the commercial growth of the region by strategically analyzing our current supply and executing optimization tasks
- Develop landscape and competitive market analyses
- Manage the operative pipeline and internal reporting tools
- Proactively manage and update the exhibitions and temporary events calendar
- Monitor customer reviews and provide feedback to the Regional Manager, suppliers, and other departments to enhance product quality
- Support the coordination of supply inventory management, including monitoring, alerting, forecasting, ordering, loading, and reporting
- Immerse yourself in the Tiqets ethos (metaphorically!) - become our local Tiqets Ambassador
**Your skills
- Good knowledge of Office package and Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides)
- Pro-active, flexible, able to multitask, and organize priorities
- Good communication skills
- Detail and results-oriented
**What you'll need**:
- Based in Rome
- You are enrolled as a student in a relevant field of study (Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or similar) for the entire duration of the internship
- Fluent in Italian and English; German is a big plus
- You are available for a period of 5 to 6 months
- You have a positive, "can-do" attitude, are a strong team player, and are not afraid of being persistent to close a deal
- You think outside the box to find creative solutions for persistent challenges and can identify key stakeholders to help you build them
- Having ticketing or tourism industry experience is a plus
- You're highly energetic, results-driven, and enjoy getting things done with attention to detail
- You can work independently and have a great sense of responsibility
