Reporting to the Demand and Supply Manager, he/she manages a group of Vendors with the goal of optimizing the inventory value and service level.

He/She manages the daily relationship with suppliers, challenging them to improve/maintain their performance.

**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Maintain and review supply parameters: MOQ, lead-time, schedules, supplier constraints, handle exceptions (actual and future shortages or overstock, etc.

);

- Manage supplier daily relationship: create and optimize order proposal, chase open orders with past delivery dates, control and communicate Supplier Service Level SSL;

- Work on customers back orders and gaps between current sales and forecasts;

- Perform what-if scenario to meet inventory policy objectives;

- Share purchase forecast with supply stakeholders;

- Follow KPIs and root causes analysis in order to define action plan to improve service level and inventory management;

- Working with demand planner, tackle the bad stock (no/slow movers).

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Degree with strong attitude mathematical and statistical knowledge or equivalent experience ;

- Solid understanding of inventory management;

- Knowledge of Supply Planning Parameters, and their influence;

- At ease with handling APS on daily basis;

- Sound judgment using available data (KPI interpretation);

- Knowledge of procurement job: purchases conditions, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership);

- Ability to work with colleagues in Supply Chain (several countries, operational level);

- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;

- Ability to handle stress.
