In our Supply Chain team, there is a fixed-term vacancy for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented and analytical Supply Planner. If you are logistically skilled, good at working together and like to bring complex plans to a successful conclusion, then we are looking for you EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS: Initial fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment, full-time. DEPARTMENT: You will work in a young team in the Supply Chain Department. You will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager. YOUR CHALLENGE: You are (jointly) responsible for monitoring, planning and ordering packaging materials and raw materials for our factory according to the needs. Tasks include: Calling up required raw and packaging materials from regular suppliers, taking into account contracts and delivery times; Continuously searching for the right balance between product availability, costs and storage capacity in our warehouse; Following up orders and deliveries; Maintaining the system and master data updated; Working on requested and unsolicited improvement proposals in cooperation with colleagues and relevant stakeholders. COMPETENCES: Adaptability; Analytical Skills; Communication (verbal & written expression); Cooperation; Learning ability; Planning and organizing. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or similar; Work experience in a similar position; Good knowledge of English (at least Level B2); Good knowledge of MS Office.
