The resource will be part of the Supply Chain team of the L'Oréal Luxe division and will be responsible for the following activities.
Key Activities and Responsibilities:
Supply Planning:
- Operationally manage the procurement of the reference catalog based on the reference frequency, and in compliance with stock targets, Service Rate, delivery timing.
- Manage and optimize stock levels and values, through proper management and sizing of stock parameters.
- Management of the catalog, with a proposal to optimize the number of SKUs in agreement with the Demand Planner of the relevant Brand.
- Be the point of contact within the Division for communications relating to stock/product availability and related KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Contribute to the process of optimization of procurement processes and tools, with reference to the best practices shared by the DGO and / or the supply community and contribute to projects that transversally concern the supply.
Copacking:
- Lead the activities of Sub-Contractor with the aim of maximizing the level of customer service, in compliance with the Time-to-Market defined for the Launch and Promotion activities, in agreement and collaboration with the various stakeholders involved (Launch Planner, Marketing, Buyer, Commercial and Customer himself).
- Define and guide the execution of co-packing activities, through the management of external suppliers, cost control and correct stock balancing.
- Ensure and supervise the periodic inventories of Contractors according to Group rules, obtain the necessary authorizations and proceed with related adjustments.
Requirements and Skills:
- University and/or Master education, preferably Engineering
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Strong motivation to achieve business objectives.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office work tools (excel in particular), nice to have: SAP and Power BI
