Supply Planning Manager
Position**:
**MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for planning and implementing procurement strategy with copackers and suppliers, as well as collecting and analyzing logistics KPIs to measure the success and efficiency of the company's supply chain phases.
In charge of the Supply Planning team, strategically coordinate and plan phases such as procurement, replenishment to production lines and to the central warehouse to ensure WW service excellence.
The main responsibilities are:
- Planning, production, and inventory control - including their financial implication
- Build inventory budgets and drive procurement plans accordingly, also creating inbound plans and managing the related documentation
- Manage Supply Review within the company S&OP process
- Mitigate the risks related to new products launches and end of life management
- Guarantee the stock target achievement and monitor finished products and raw materials stock value, in close collaboration with controlling and finance
- Ensure implementation of transformational projects and continuous improvement initiatives within her/his own area and in the full supply chain, in close collaboration with Project Management
- Cooperate with Product development, Go to market and Operations team to monitor all the production plans according to a service excellence objective
- Develop, track, and refine KPI metrics concerning Inventory and Supplier performances
- Create and maintain trustful relationship with internal partners (logistics, customer service, purchasing, finance, sales, marketing etc. )
and external partners (suppliers, copackers, etc.
)
- Independently manage cross-functional projects involving all necessary stakeholder
- Participate in and prepare for project checkpoints, ensuring all deliverables are achieved on time
- Track project progress, sourcing status, and other relevant information using a data-driven sourcing tool
- Communicate results and work status to all internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate Supply Chain vision and strategy to the team
- Identify opportunities for improvement, supporting supply chain management
**Profile**:
**REQUIREMENTS
- Solid experience in Operations or Supply Chain process management in similar roles or in production planning
- People Management experience is a highly appreciated requirement
- Analytical and critical mindset with a solution-oriented approach
- Collaboration attitude and relationship-building skills
- Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities to negotiate with stakeholders
- Italian is a must; Fluent in English
