Supply Planning SpecialistWe are looking for a Supply Planning Specialist to join our Supply Planning Team in Bolton Food based in Italy, Milan. How you make the differenceWe are seeking a talented and analytical Supply Planner Specialist to join our global Supply Planning team.

In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of our food products from manufacturing to our customers worldwide.

You will be responsible for developing and executing supply plans that optimize inventory levels, meet customer demand and support some of our network of 7 production plants. How your agenda looks like:Develop and execute comprehensive supply plans for assigned product lines, ensuring alignment with customer demand forecasts and production capabilities. Analyze historical sales data, market trends and supply chain metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize inventory levels while minimizing slow mover and obsolescence risksCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including demand planning, production, logistics and procurement, to ensure effective coordination and communication. Utilize advanced Excel skills to build and maintain complex supply planning models and generate accurate reports. Monitor supply chain performance and identify potential disruptions, implementing corrective actions as needed. KPIs analysis in order to check and be compliant with S&OP Bolton's process, implementing, whenever it's possible, new reporting dashboards/tools in order to support the team;Your team:You will report directly to the Supply Planning Manager of Bolton Food. Additionally, you will collaborate with the other important stakeholders such us demand, logistic and procurement teams. How you look like:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience in supply planning or a related role within the FMCG industry, preferably in the food sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis tools. Fluent English. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, global environment.
