Then we have just the role for you!Based in Clydebank, our Fabulous #TeamAilsa are on the lookout for a reliable, patient and upbeat female colleague with a calm nature to join them as a Support Practitioner. The RoleThrough tailored care plans, our friendly team supports 4 ladies with various learning disabilities to live in their own home where they can achieve their individual goals and live their best life.

This role involves supporting people in their day-to-day lives, including housework, personal care, making meals, and attending appointments.

As a Support Practitioner, we'll need you to be flexible in your approach and be able to follow guidelines. There's never a dull moment here as the ladies enjoy an active and social life, from knitting to dance classes and going to the theatre.

Another favorite of their pastimes is going out and about in their cars for day trips; the ladies particularly enjoy going to Largs, Loch Lomond, and Oban as well as runs around the local area. As the ladies have their own mobility cars, it is essential you hold a full UK, manual driving licence with a minimum of 1 year experience driving.
