Support Services Supervisor Nf-04
Duties**:
- Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the overall administrative clerical and logistic support and services necessary for the internal operation of the division.
- Supervises 3 to 5 subordinate employees engaged in administrative support and related functions.

**Qualifications**:
Demonstrated ability and experience or education to perform the duties of the position.
Experience as a manager or supervisor within a customer service organization;
Experience as a manager or supervisor that conducted counseling and performance management for employees;
Experience reviewing and interpreting higher level guidance to determine operational requirements
**Desired Skills**:
Familiarity with Italian "Motorizzazione Civile", road taxes and related customs practices.
RecTrac or similar point-of sales system.
Experience working with or familiarity with Vehicle Registration Office (VRO).
Familiarity with the Status of Forces Agreement.
Ability to communicate in Italian, both verbally and in writing.
Familiar with the Italian Conditions of Employment.
