You'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the FinTech, working on exciting projects within a global, multi-cultural, ever-developing, and successful business that aims to improve financial services for families, small businesses, multinational corporations, and non-profit organizations

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Join a dynamic team of credit risk specialists, contributing to the investigation and analysis of credit information within established guidelines.

- Contact customers to determine the reason for payment delays and secure payment commitments, making non-routine outbound calls that may require deviation from standard procedures, screens, and scripts.

- Adapt your approach based on customer responses and confidently handle complex situations with a problem-solving mindset.

- Conduct extensive research and use a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting to ensure effective collections.

- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve problems, and provide appropriate solutions.

- Develop and implement best practices for collections, ensuring adherence to company standards and efficiency in processes.

**WHAT WE EXPECT**:

- 1+ to 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or collections.

- Strong proficiency in** English and Italian (B2 level and above).
