Job Description**:
Job Title: Support Tech Lead
Location: Trecate, Italy
Duration: 1. 3 years contract
Working mode: Fully Onsite
Language: Italian & English
Must know how to converse in Italian & English languages
Should be able to converse with the customers in Italian language and coordinate the incident resolution activities with the offshore team
Should have good knowledge on the support side of Honeywell PHD, DOS and Bflex products
Production support & maintenance activities on the above products
Knowledge of Seeq and Nifi will be nice to have
Should have production support experience on the products listed above
Be the 1st point of contact and face of the offshore team to the customer's business and end users
