Salary: $55, 900 - $69, 998 (pro-rata) + Salary Packaging & Leave Loading Permanent Part-time positions available Rosters available between Monday-Sunday Locations: Mosman Park, Duncraig, Como, Bassendean, Lockridge, East Victoria Park and Rockingham We are looking for Support Workers with ample availability to work at our Supported Accommodation to support adults with high care and complex disability needs including our new Shift NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation.

About the Support Worker role: Support our customers in all aspects of daily life including; maintaining their home, facilitating and attending outings and medical appointments, personal hygiene and support with daily activities whilst always demonstrating dignity and respect for our customers.

Communicate and engage with the customer in a relevant and meaningful way.

Transport participants travelling to and from activities and outings using Rocky Bay vehicles.

Ensure all supports and services provided are accurately documented and accounted for through time-sheets, case notes, incident reporting, etc.
