**What is your role?

We're looking for a Supporting strategic innovation company investments Intern to join our Corporate Venture Capital Fund (ITT Ventures) in Barge (Italy) working in a uniquely high-performing, inclusive and collaborative working culture.

Essential Responsibilities:

**Your day in the life of Supporting strategic innovation company investments at ITT

You will support the launch of the newly formed ITT Ventures, our corporate fund committed to strategic innovation investments in the areas of Industrial Internet of Things and Artificial Intellgence, Advanced Materials, Advanced Manufacturing, and Electrification, with focus on the following activities:

- Startup investment Project Management

- Preparation of the inbound and outbound reach out to develop an effective list of startup

- Screening process of startup aligned with ITT Ventures mission as well as the discussion of the startup pipeline with business unit leaders

- Discussion of startup investments with the investment committee

- Prepare PoC (Proof of Concepts) and MvP (minimum viable product) discussion with business unit leaders

- Coordinate and manage the pipeline of opportunities including collaboration with external incubators

- Coordinate and manage the PoC and MvP process

- Analysis of investment opportunities including due diligence
