KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate company provided survey equipment including Trimble GPS, and total stations. Collect and process survey data for use in engineering design projects, including containment, waterway, topographic, and layout surveysPerform staking and benchmarking for construction projectsComplete and maintain company provided training and certificationsPractice awareness of health, environment, and safetyMaintain survey equipmentTravel to field locations will be requiredIndependently identifies and solves challenging situations and unusual problems with limited guidance.

Receives mínimal supervision from more experienced professionals and will be required to work alone and unsupervised at times.

Furnishes advice and guidance to less experienced personnel as situations require.

Provides direct mentorship and training to less experienced personnelor may lead field crew by assisting in setting schedules, maintaining schedules, and monitoring progressMonitor new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or GED requiredMust hold valid Driver LicenseMust be able to complete Health Questionnaire and pass drug test and background checkMust be able to work overtime, possibly including weekendsMust be comfortable to travel and perform work tasks independentlyAny lifting restrictions, must be able to easily carry 50 lbsMust be able to walk across uneven / unmaintained groundTravel will be requiredJob Posting will end on 1/27/22.
