Sustainability & Hse Manager Nespresso

**Position Snapshot**:
- Nespresso, Milan HQ
- Permanent Contract
- University Degree (Quality, Environment or Nutrition Technical)
- Minimum 7 years experience in Quality, HSE and sustainability area
- Previous experience in Multinational Companies really appreciated;
- Fluent in English and Italian
**Position Summary**:
You will conduct researches, comes up with ideas, creates plans, builds relationships with internal & external stakeholders, implements and coordinates activities and initiatives, which are designed to have a positive impact on environment and local communities and within the brand building plan.
**A day in the life of. . . **:
- Represent the company in front of sustainability and external stakeholders (institution, public entities)
- Define Sustainability strategic guidelines for Nespresso in coherence with the international vision, with the Company CSV general objectives;
- Develop strategic and operational plan links to sustainability themes, in cooperation with Brand manager and corporate PR
- Coordinate and implement projects and initiatives, in line with sustainability plan, designed to have a positive impact on environment and local communities.
- Analyze areas of impact with Technical Department and promote and support a footprint reduction strategy.
- Define, in cooperation with Corporate external communication, CSV communication guidelines to valorize brand
- Drive company Sustainability agenda and initiatives coordinating all other company's departments.
