**Posizione:**:NHOA is looking for a talented Sustainability and Internal Communication intern.
**Tasks and duties**:
The intern will serve **a supporting role** to the Head of Sustainability and Internal Communication in:
- creating the overall ESG strategic plan and policies and implementing them across the Group;
- delivering effective and consistent ESG external & internal communications (ex.
updating sustainability; page on corporate website, drafting text and presentations, organizing workshops, etc. )
enhancing positively and proactively NHOA's ESG reputation;
- executing an internal communication plan that aligns internal messages with the company's vision, mission, and values;
- collaborating with all the departments, especially IR, HSEQ, HR and Finance Departments and the Performance Manager to audit and improve diversity, business conduct and governance at all underlying assets and share best practice;
- collecting quantitative and qualitative ESG data throughout the Group and analysing where the company needs to focus on;
- implementing the firm-wide plan for collecting, storing, validating, and distributing ESG data, KPIs and content for reporting;
- drafting the Company annual Sustainability Report;
- answering ESG questionnaires from rating agencies & indexes and requests from key stakeholders, such as institutional investors, consolidating relationship with both parties;
- monitoring and analysing sustainability legislation (ex.
EU Non-Financial Reporting Directive, TCFD, EU Taxonomy, etc.
), best practices, and reporting standards (ex.
GRI, SASB, etc. )
and implement improvement actions to ensure the Company's alignment with current best practice;
- ESG benchmarking (peers and competitors);
- managing of the Company's internal communication channels and supporting the organization of internal events.
**Requisiti:**:**Requirements
- Bachelor/Master's degree in sustainability, environmental, humanistic or economics studies
- Advanced command of English (orally and in writing); French language is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to take on multiple work requests and prioritize effectively
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large amounts of information
- Problem-solving approach, analytical mind, attention to detail
- Complete tasks independently, asking for clarification as needed
- Take ownership of tasks and strive for improvement
- Demonstrated ability to prepare logic, convincing, and concise presentations, analysis and texts will be an advantage
