Job Description:RINA is currently recruiting for a Sustainability Consultant - Taxonomy and Strategy to join its office in Genova, Lecce, Bologna e Napoli within the Cyber Security and Management Consulting Division.
Mission A Sustainability Consultant focused on providing customers with sustainability and circularity services typically has a client-facing role that involves guiding businesses in adopting more sustainable and circular practices.
Key Accountabilities Shape a Sustainable Future: Sustainability Consultant (3-5 years experience)
In this role, you'll:
Lead Sustainability Assessments: Conduct comprehensive sustainability and circularity assessments for clients, identifying environmental, social, and economic impact areas.
Master LCA Modeling: Develop and execute Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) models to analyze the environmental footprint of clients' products and processes.
Become a Reporting Expert: Assist clients in developing sustainability reports aligned with leading frameworks like GRI and CSRD.
You'll guide data collection, analysis, and presentation.
Taxonomy and DNSH principle: Being part of engineering teams to implement taxonomy and DNSH in Client's projects.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Work with clients to identify opportunities for enhancing their sustainability practices and performance.
Contribute to Project Success: Manage assigned sustainability projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
Foster Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams (R&D, supply chain, etc. )
to integrate sustainability considerations throughout operations.

Education Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering
Qualifications Master's degree in Engineering (Environmental or Chemical) or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a sustainability-related role.
Strong understanding of sustainability principles and best practices.
Experience with LCA modeling and sustainability reporting tools is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
