**Sustainability Data Intern**:

JOB MISSION

Support SustainAbility team to lead cultural and functional change in the organization to generate and maximize positive impact on the socio-ecological system in which it operates.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support in the collection, monitoring and validation of the group's sustainability KPIs

Support in the restructuring of the internal process of collecting and consulting sustainability KPIs on software platform

Support in the research and in-depth analysis of assessment methodologies, KPIs and reporting of performance and impacts in the field of circular economy and biodiversity

Support in the management of continuous improvement projects in the field of environmental sustainability aimed at B Corp certification, in collaboration with colleagues from foreign branches

Support in the management of qualitative and quantitative data and related documentation required within the people, planet and community areas of the B Corp certification assessment

Support in the management of activities related to products sustainability assessment

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Fluent English & Italian spoken and written.

Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Excel - a level of competence as an independent user is required)

Basic knowledge of program/project management / agile management

Knowledge of the main reporting standards and certifications is considered as a plus (e. g.

GRI, B Corp, TFCD, CDP, etc.

)

Knowledge of international standards for indicators calculation on circularity, biodiversity and regenerative agriculture is considered as a plus

Knowledge of LCA analysis methods is considered a plus

Autonomy, proactivity and orientation towards results and planning

Excellent organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving attitude

Orientation to work in a team and propensity to sharing knowledge

Flexibility and adaptability

Strong interest (expressed and already cultivated) in sustainability issues
