Sustainability Intern**:

OTB is an international fashion group, powering a range of global, unconventional brands, including Diesel, Maison Margiela, Marni, Viktor&Rolf, and Jil Sander.

Objectives and responsibilities of the role:

- Sustainability strategy and reporting: analysis and monitoring of data related to the achievement of the objectives set out in the strategy, actively contributing to its implementation, and operational support in gathering information and defining presentation materials for the stakeholders involved, also supporting the process for the definition of the Group Sustainability Report;

- Internal and External Communication: support the team in the interactions with the Corporate Communication and HR functions for the definition and review of materials and contents to be shared with internal and external stakeholders, through different channels and platforms;

- Brands coordination and stakeholder engagement: support the team in the definition of the activities related to the engagement and collection of sustainability updates from the various brands of the OTB Group, as well as the coordination and management of the various working groups on sustainability issues (including both social and environmental aspects);

- Sustainability Events: support to the organization of dedicated events in the context of sustainability, led by the department.

Job requirements:

- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar fields;

- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.

French or another foreign language will be a plus;

- Excellent knowledge and use of the Office package (in particular excel and power point);

- Accuracy and attention to details;

- Proactive aptitude, problem-solving skills, orientation towards the achievement of objectives and tenacity for carrying out the tasks entrusted;

- Relational and organizational skills and aptitude for team working, but also ability to work independently and under stress;

- Flexibility, dynamism and adaptability.
