**Position**:

The **SUSTAINABILITY MANAGER**, together with the technical area and the BIM group, collects and processes information on the sustainability of ACPV ARCHITECTS projects, and supports project and competition teams on issues of sustainability.

In more details His/her responsabilities are:

- Establish, together with the technical area and the BIM group, a sustainability roadmap for ACPV ARCHITECTS

- Implement the studio's project database with information on environmental and socio-economic impact, together with the technical area and the BIM group

- Support the business development department on sustainability issues, in the preparation of offers and RFPs

- Support project and competition teams, ACPV ARCHITECTS clients in the most challenging issues on the theme of sustainability

- Development of strategies to create Net Zero buildings, resilient buildings and urban regeneration projects

- Drafting sustainability consultancy proposals including environmental impact assessments in response to the requirements of ACPV ARCHITECTS clients

- Produce guidelines that provide advice and guidance to project teams, in line with the production standards and BIM methodology of the studio.

Produce reports and papers explaining the projects' sustainability strategy to ACPV ARCHITECTS clients.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in engineering or architecture with CV evidencing in-depth knowledge in the field of sustainability in an academic and/or professional context

- Understanding of low/net zero carbon strategies for buildings, urban regeneration, climate adaptation and identification of environmental impact

- Experience in evaluating building sustainability certifications, Carbon footprint and net zero carbon transition, LCA of building materials, and related services

- In-depth knowledge of Italian, European and international sustainability regulations and policies

- Knowledge of BIM tools, in particular Autodesk Revit and IFC

- Organizational, software and project management skills

- Presentation skills (oral and written)

- Professional fluency in Italian and in English

Skills that will be considered a plus:

- LEED AP and/or other sustainable building or masterplan accreditations such as WELL, Fitwel, BREEAM, Active House, EGE
