Tasks

- The TÜV SÜD Business Assurance Division has established a Global Sustainability Team (GST) supporting the country offices worldwide with the marketing and delivery of projects in the field of sustainability, the growth of related sales and business portfolio, the development of new products and solutions, the coordination of international programs and the monitoring of overall level of quality and compliance.

- The applicant will be integrated in the GST for support with the necessary back-office activities, in accordance with applicable procedures and established practices, ensuring that the team projects are performed in compliance with applicable standard/protocol requirements.

- The applicant will be involved in GST s areas of work and support with the necessary preparation, coordination and implementation tasks on ad-hoc basis, including:

- Review and approval of quotations, schedules, qualifications, reports from executing country offices

- Updating of TÜV SÜD production systems, ensuring accurate and timely recording of activities performed

- Responding timely to requests from internal and external stakeholders, escalating for consideration of critical cases

- Proactively monitoring pending tasks and deadlines and soliciting responsible staff accordingly

- Monitoring of KPIs and preparing periodical status reports

- Analyzing performance indicators and recommending improvement actions where needed

- Supporting internal management of quality responsibilities and tasks (including implementation of corrective actions, conducting of internal audits and reviews collecting and analyzing complaints etc. )

- Supporting the preparation of texts and presentations for internal and external use

- Maintaining a result-oriented approach towards customer satisfaction and market success, while ensuring overall quality and compliance of process

- Collecting and providing information to internal functions as needed (e. g. , invoicing, controlling, corporate etc. )

- Proactively keeping updated on new systems and procedures.

- Basic Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree / Master's degree

- Good knowledge of English (verbal and written)

- Analytical and result-oriented mindset

- Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills

- Strong motivation to accuracy, quality and compliance

- Professional use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and data/performance software programs.

- Preferential requirements:

- Strong interest and knowledge of CSR / Sustainability issues (ESG, SDGs, etc. )

- Master in CSR and/or Business Management Systems
