**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2, 300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22, 000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
**Position**:
**Role Purpose
To support the Sustainability and Impact Director in the following activities:
- Monitor the progress of activities contained in the Milano Cortina 2026 Games Master Schedule, managing the monitoring tools identified by the
IOC and Milano Cortina 2026 (Smartsheet)
- Prepare Dashboard and Reporting to highlight the state of progress and detect any delays in achieving the milestones
- Prepare high-quality slide decks and/or presentations in support of the other colleagues of the Planning and Coordination (PNC) and the
Sustainability and Impact department
- Support in arranging meetings with the IOC/IPC, Authorities (Ministry of Environment, Regions, Municipalities), Partners, Non profit organizations.
- Support in collecting and revising all the documents that will be part of the Integrated Planning Process
- If necessary, provide support in developing detailed sub-schedules to ensure the timely achievement of the specific milestones
- Constantly liaise with the other Project Managers of the Project Coordination Area, in order to ensure an appropriate flow of information and to
align all the Functions involved in delivering a specific project/activity
- Coordinate meetings with other FAs and the participation of Sustainability and Impact department at meetings, site visitis, seminars/debates.
**Requirements**:
**Role competencies
- Educated to degree level
- Fluent in English

- Preferable experience in previous editions of the Olympic/Paralympic Games and/or other past major events
**Skills, abilities, personal style and behaviours
. Good knowledge of the specific Olympic and Paralympic set of documents (Olympic Charter, Operational requirements, Functional areas'
Guides, etc. ) or strong learning attitude to quickly familiarise with them
- Able to use own initiative and carry out activities with mínimal supervision from senior managers
- High quality project and resource management skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative and multidisciplinary working environment
- Good communication skills and ability to provide clear, succinct and well-argued presentations - formally and informally
- Ability to identify problems/issues, seek pertinent information, evaluate data and develop appropriate solutions quickly and thoroughly
- Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills to devise creative solutions to complex and sensitive issues whenever emergency strikes
- Capacity to ensure both an 'helicopter view' and attention to details.
- Computer skills: Powerpoint, Excel, Smartsheet (nice to have)
. Preferable Previous experience in environment, human right, sustainability and management system
