Join our team in Basiano (MI) where you'll collaborate on data collection, define crucial sustainability KPIs, and supervise impactful projects across our business units. If you're ready to make a real difference in ESG ratings and champion sustainability culture through innovative campaigns and training, we want you on our team YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE: Collaborating in the data collection process for delivering the Sustainability Report; Defining and monitoring sustainability KPIs to evaluate progress against targets; Supervising completion of ESG rating questionnaires and addressing improvement actions to enhance organizational scores; Supervising sustainability projects across different business units and supporting the development of additional initiatives; Supporting the department with internal/external communication campaigns and training to foster a culture of sustainability. WHO YOU ARE: You hold a degree or post-diploma in Sustainability and have at least 2 years of experience in sustainability reporting; You have advanced knowledge of GRI methodology (knowledge of CSRD will be considered a plus); You have effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills to foster a sustainability mindset within the organization; You have an analytical mindset for data analysis related to sustainability KPIs; You are proficient in Microsoft Office and data analytics software; You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail; You have a collaborative and proactive approach to working with cross-functional teams; You have the ability to adapt to changing scenarios related to the sustainability regulatory landscape; You are fluent in English language.
