**Position Snapshot**:

- Nespresso, Milan HQ

- Permanent contract

- University Degree (engineering, environmental or technical-scientific areas)

- Minimum 3 years in a Sustainability projects

- Previous experience in multinational companies (food and beverage or service industry) or in primary consulting firms really appreciated

- Fluent in English and Italian

**Position Summary**:

In this role you will actively take part in defining and/or developing sustainability projects and initiatives, contributing to the deployment, monitoring and reporting of the company sustainability strategy.

**A day in the life of a Sustainability Specialist**:

- Managing capsule recycling projects, in constant interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

- Contributing to the monitoring, reporting and improvement of the company carbon footprint.

- Collecting relevant data and information in order to prepare the annual sustainability reporting.

- Monitoring the development of the company sustainability strategy and preparing relevant documentation on a monthly basis.

- Monitoring budget and managing contracts for active and prospect collaborations with external partners.

**What will make you successful**:

University Degree (engineering, environmental or technical-scientific areas)

Minimum 3 years in a similar role

Previous experience in multinational companies (food and beverage or service industry) or in primary consulting firms really appreciated

Fluent in English and Italian

Ability to act independently and handle multiple priorities.

Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams.

Good Excel and Power Point skills.
