3Bee supports businesses and municipalities in defining a personalized climate strategy based on the analysis of their impacts and dependencies on nature, starting from a Digital Environmental Platform that uses advanced technologies, combining satellite data, field technology and public databases.

With over 1, 000 companies involved, the platform has already reached 17, 000 monitored sites in 21 countries , thanks to the aggregation and digitalization of data based on fundamental risk indices.

3Bee also collaborates with research centers, schools, farmers, growers and citizens to promote the importance of safeguarding biodiversity.

We are looking for an environmental engineer or environmental scientist with a strong sales mindset to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a deep understanding of biodiversity and environmental issues.

Responsibilities Manage the 3Bee sustainability manager community through dedicated channels such as Telegram and newsletter.

Organize events and webinars to promote dissemination on biodiversity, creating connections with the business world and deepening the related regulations and standards (CSRD, ESRS, SBTN, NRL).

Create new training content on biodiversity for companies, including company case studies based on 3Bee's monitoring platform.

Manage partnerships with trade associations and national and international organizations related to the world of biodiversity and nature.

Design and develop innovative business strategies to promote and commercialize biodiversity monitoring and regeneration solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and effectiveness.

Communicate effectively in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is an added value.

Requirements Degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability Management or similar.

Theoretical knowledge of ESG regulations such as CSRD, reporting standards and anti-greenwashing regulations At least 1 year experience in a similar role Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong focus on detail and problem solving Excellent communication and public speaking skills Sense of responsibility Passion for environmental and biodiversity issues.
