From ESG Strategies to circular transition plans, to engagements scouting the most advanced Sustainability Technologies to others enabling transparency of supply chains or planning the carbon neutrality of major multinational company.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Identify, assess and solve complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

- Combine strategy, consulting, innovation management and technologies in the field of sustainability

- Closely follow the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goalsInteract with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach

- Collaborate with Sustainability team and experts at European and at global level to develop compelling and strategic value propositions

- Prepare distinctive Thought Leadership contents on the most pressing sustainability topics for our clients

- Have some latitude in decision-making and act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments

- Manage large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture

- Be responsible for coaching and mentoring analysts and junior consultants of your team

- Actively support business development activities

- You have experience serving as the strategic architect for designing and implementing sustainability transformational programs

- You have broad knowledge of sustainability topics like Sustainable Finance, Climate strategies, Sustainable Supply Chains, Environmental Performance Management, Circular Economy, Sustainable Technologies and other ESG aspects contributing to transform the way companies operate and grow.

- Solid understanding of corporate financial analysis (P&L, balance sheets, etc.

)

- You have a proven track record in client relationship development and team management

- You are a solid team player who's also an independent thinker

- You are deadline-driven, organized and able to multitask

- You have strong verbal, written and presentation skills

- You have at least a Master's Degree

- You speak and write English fluently

- You love to share and learn different things
