The ideal candidate We are looking for a Web Developer with strong expertise in Odoo and a deep understanding of business processes.

The ideal candidate should have solid programming skills, be proficient in Python , and be able to develop custom reports and modules within Odoo.

A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are key qualities.

Responsibilities Development and customization of Odoo modules Implementation and optimization of business processes (e. g. , warehouse management) within Odoo Development and maintenance of Odoo-based web applications Creation of custom reports and data analytics tools Debugging and troubleshooting Odoo-related issues Working cross-functionally to convert business needs into technical solutions Qualifications Strong experience with Odoo development and customization Proficiency in Python for backend development Solid understanding of business processes (e. g. , warehouse, sales, accounting) in Odoo Experience in web development (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) within Odoo Ability to create and customize reports in Odoo Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL) Experience with version control systems (Git/Bitbucket) Basic knowledge of Linux Excellent communication skills in English and/or Italian Personal characteristics Decision-making autonomy Initiative and problem-solving abilities Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment What we offer A dynamic and inclusive work environment where diversity and inclusivity are celebrated.
