SVP (Sr Vice President) for Italy Hotels Capital Markets for our EMEAHotels & Hospitality Capital Markets business line.

This is a permanent, full time position and will report directly to the Head of Italy Hotels & Hospitality. Responsibilities include:

Create and execute the strategic plan for transactions in ItalyIdentify market trends and opportunities, proposing new services and adaptations to the existing portfolioMaintain a passionate and highly motivated team around you, ensuring development and retention as well as hiring of key staffWork seamlessly with the EMEA team to deliver portfolio transactionsEnsure optimum delivery capability across the team through planning, training and development, and networking across the broader JLL network where appropriateDeliver the JLL Hotels division to clients throughout Italy and the regional market, acting as a trusted advisor to key clients and building a strong personal networkActively contribute in the EMEA Hotels leadership forum, working on cross-divisional projectsEnsure close co-operation and build a trusted relationship within the EMEA Hotels & Hospitality team as well as the wider JLL firmRequirements:
