We are looking for a person enthusiastic about Retail and Store Design, who will proactively contribute to project development and bring their knowhow and expertise gained during years of study and work experience.
You will be responsible for the design and implementation of corporate store openings and refits.
Your activities will include:
Independently overseeing the construction or refit projects of the assigned Stores; Supervising project management phases from conception to realization, identifying potential criticalities and possible solutions; Identifying project implementation costs and presenting them to Management for formal approval; Ensuring the start-up and progress of assigned projects on time and within the assigned budget, obtaining necessary authorizations required by law; Supervising the tendering process and the construction phase of projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, practices, and procedures in the fields of construction, urban planning, administration, H&S; Interfacing with company functions involved in the realization of projects, both in Italy and in HQ, overseeing the relationship to work in synergy and share timely information relevant to the management of entrusted projects; Proactively informing different stakeholders on the progress/completion status of the assigned projects; Contributing to the drafting of the 'road-map' of projects; Other activities at the request of Management.
To be successful in this role, we imagine you to have:
Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent; Proven experience in the role of at least 5 years in companies operating in the retail channel, either as an employee or as a freelancer; Good knowledge of the relevant regulations (building, town planning, administrative, and health, safety, and environment) is required; Excellent knowledge in the use of technical and surveying instruments; Good experience in the use of AutoCAD and Photoshop; Good experience in the use of Excel; Willingness to travel frequently throughout the Country; Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; Planning skills, excellent organizational, and problem-solving abilities are required.
Excellent knowledge of the English language is essential.
