**Job Summary**:
- Switchboard Operator is _responsible for operating telephone switchboards.
He receives incoming calls from outside the company and answer them promptly in a professional, friendly and polite manner following the Company telephone answering policy. _
- He is responsible to quickly evaluate and identify the nature of the call, provides any requested information and directs the call to the requested person or appropriate department. _
- Switchboard supervisor also supervises a range of administrative tasks similar to those performed by receptionists including receiving and distributing incoming correspondence, preparing outgoing letters and welcoming customers.
_He may also provide_ organizational support with front office activities. _
**What will you be doing?
- Run the department duties with the highest level of service, in accordance with business requirements, operational standards and relevant legislation.
- Answering external and Internal calls
- Provide information
- Attend guests needs
- Taking Room Service Order
- Monitoring service expectations, supporting guests
- Providing conciergerie information
- Control the day to day line operations with an efficient, corteus, effective and professional service
**What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in hotel as front office or switchboard
- Excellent communication skills
- Elegant and professional tone of voce
- Excellent knowledge of English, level c2 is required
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and flexibility
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest and colleagues' needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
