Brain Technologies is searching for a skilled, dynamic, and versatile System & Project Engineer to join our team, specializing in the design, integration, and lifecycle management of advanced railway diagnostic systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a willingness to travel frequently to oversee commissioning activities at client sites.

Responsibilities Analyze client requirements to design, develop, and integrate complex diagnostic systems for railway applications.

Define system architectures, ensuring the seamless integration of hardware (e. g. , sensors, actuators) and software solutions.

Oversee testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure compliance with technical and performance specifications.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (software, mechanical, and electronics engineers) to deliver high-quality solutions.

Project Management Lead the full lifecycle of projects, from initial feasibility studies to final commissioning and handover.

Create and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, test reports, and user manuals.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.

Commissioning and Support Travel extensively to client sites for system installation, testing, commissioning, and training.

Ensure systems are fully operational and meet all performance requirements during on-site deployment.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the operational phase of the system.

Technical Skills Proven experience in system engineering, preferably in railway diagnostics or a related field.

Strong knowledge of hardware integration (e. g. , sensors, controllers) and software development principles.

Good knowledge of both mechanical and electrical system design and integration.

Experience managing complex technical projects, including resource planning and risk assessment.

Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, for on-site activities.

Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
