We are looking for a System Administrator who will support reliable and effective use of complex IT systems by end users, whether internal employees or external customer

Sysadmins are responsible for dependable access and availability to IT systems.

Sysadmins are therefore required to troubleshoot and fix issues that compromise system performance or access to an IT service.

This responsibility also involves regular system improvements, such as upgrades based on evolving end-user and business requirements.

Reporting to the Head of IT Operations.

**Main Activities

- Support infrastructure Operations & Security Department on identify anomalous Network behaviour,

- Maintain and guarantee operative business-critical apps through:

o Network management and monitoring

- Identity and Access management

- Security of Hardware components

- Documentation: maintain records of IT Asset usage

- Management and control of the IT cloud/On-Prem infrastructure and outsourced data services (IaaS, SaaS).

- Business partnering starting from the evaluation of assets and capabilities through interviews and analysis of the existing ecosystem.

**Desired Qualifications

- Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent experiences

- Fluent English and Italian

- 3+ years of related experience

- Ability to work independently and multitask within a collaborative work environment

- Willingness and aptitude for continuous improvement

- Do the right thing attitude while being a strong team player

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, focus on customer
