SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR - CLOUD PRINTING:

To continue our growth, we are hiring new talents. We are now looking for a System Administrator with a focus on printing processes both on Cloud and on-premise to join our team, reporting and interacting directly with the Modern Workplace Manager. Together with the team, you are responsible for set-up and support activities regarding printing. You also provide third line end user support to guarantee the business continuity of the different entities of the full MSC-Group. He/she will have the possibility to constantly improve him-/herself and continuously learn on technical or process topics. He/she will be supported by several communities of practice that will provide help when needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and Support Custom dev application printing for critical business service. Design and support printing in a cloud environment (Azure). Support Printix cloud solution and deploy Printix GO solution. Define setup & support multiple brands of printers/multifunctional. Deploying & configuring print drivers. Setup scanning (email or SMB or FTP). Follow up on operational issues with 3rd party providers. Propose improvements to the existing set up & procedures. Share knowledge and best practices in the team and other supporting teams.
