System Administrator (Malta)
Requirements: At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position. Highly experienced in Help Desk troubleshooting and problem-solving. Understanding the principles of network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, IP), network, and firewall. Experience working with JIRA/CONFLUENCE. Experience working with network equipment such as RB Mikrotik, Ubiquity Unifi, etc. Experience working with VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, etc. Experience in working with network equipment, including purchase, configuration, and support. Good knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, NPS, RADIUS, etc. Excellent problem-solving skills. Experience working with JAMF PRO will be a great plus. English - Intermediate. Nice to have: Attention to detail. Ability to describe technical information in easy-to-understand terms. Good communication skills. Main responsibilities: Technical support for office and remote employees. Setting up new workstations for employees. Installation and configuration of software, office, and network equipment. Configuration and administration of office networks. Control of user access to systems. Administration of macOS, Windows, Linux. Purchase of equipment. Inventory of IT equipment.
