Your role and primary responsibilities

We're looking for an outstanding System and Network Engineer who will be working with our Engineering team and help develop, maintain, and scale MDOTM's technology.

Your tasks will include

Manage and renew the system and network infrastructureResearch, design, implement and manage systemSecurity of company infrastructureTroubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing infrastructureIdentify areas for modification or improvement in existing infrastructure and subsequently support these modificationsDevelop quality assurance proceduresDeploy software tools, processes, and metricsCreate technical documentation for reference and reportingRequirements

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related fieldsProven experience as a System engineer or a similar roleGood knowledge of Proxmox VirtualizationGood knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure ecc.

)Good knowledge of the network technology (firewall, VPN, Dhcp, DNS, router)Knowledge of Windows Active DirectoryKnowledge of Zabbix monitoring system (Grafana, Prometheus)Good knowledge of the Relational and NoSQL DatabasesKnowledge of ELK StackKnowledge of XwikiCreativity and ability to formulate problems and solve them both in team and independentlyWilling to work towards long-term ambitious research goals, while identifying intermediate milestones and meeting deadlinesExcellent teamwork skillsBonus points
