About the Role - We are looking for a system architect and project manager responsible for studying, defining, and orchestrating innovative designs of telecom radio equipment, from commercial requirements up to product release through development and testing monitoring.

In this multidisciplinary scenario, you can touch the whole design process and have a wide overall overview. ResponsibilitiesAs for the System Architect:Collect product technical and commercial requirements from the Product Line Manager. Interact with a multi-disciplinary design team to converge on end-to-end system-level product requirements and architecture. Collect and maintain system specifications and documentation for and from design teams. Coordinate design and validation phases up to new product introduction, providing expert technical support. Maintain the system knowledge and company reference across the product cycle. Verify the compliance with applicable international norms and regulations. Contribute to the dissemination of technical results of the coordinated activities to guarantee knowledge transfer across project teams. As for the Technical Project Manager:Define the project plan with details of any development phase for product design (with related costs, due dates, and responsibilities). Coordinate design planning for development, prototyping, and testing. Manage project design review meetings to analyze development progress, risks, and deviations from planning. Provide periodic reporting to Senior Management on the project's overall planning status and achievements. Define with Senior Management the necessary mitigation actions to correct deviations from planning. QualificationsMaster's degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. At least 10 years of experience in Telecom or Datacom companies. Proficiency in typical telecom system blocks, mainly in the microwave domain (Radio, Mo-demodulation, Baseband, Ethernet data transport, synchronization) and technologies adopted for their implementation (Switches, ASIC, FPGA, off-the-shelf devices, microprocessors, etc.

). Proficiency in international telecommunication standards (ITU, ETSI, ANSI, IEEE, IETF, EMC, Safety). Knowledge of typical development, testing, and pre-production steps for planning the design phase. Knowledge of standard project management tools. Fluent in English. Strong problem-solving skills and proactivity, with the ability to orchestrate multi-disciplinary solutions. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred QualificationsSystem knowledge of cellular mobile Telecom systems and related standards. System knowledge of Mobile Backhauling networks based on Carrier Ethernet Transport and MPLS. System knowledge of data transport networks based on SDH, PDH, Ethernet, and IP technologies. Pay range and compensation package: The yearly gross pay range is €50K—€60K, based on experience.
