System Architect / Requirements Software Engineer (F/M/D)

Tasks You will define/manage software requirements and architectures for automotive safety-critical systems

You will collaborate with stakeholders/customers and developers to ensure requirements are met

You will ensure compliance with automotive safety standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE)

You will maintain traceability of requirements throughout the development life cycle and support related verification and validation

You will manage the technical writing - architecture diagrams, requirements text, Confluence project, relevant documentation, etc.

You will document and communicate safety architecture decisions and their impact on software design

You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications You have successfully completed a master's or bachelor's degree in Information Technologies/Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or related fields

You have several years of experience in software requirements engineering for automotive systems

You are experienced with requirements management tools such as DOORS or Codebeamer, and familiar with process modeling tools

You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of embedded systems and safety architecture

You have knowledge of ASPICE SWE. 1 for requirements analysis and SWE. 2-4 for process execution, as well as a familiarity with model-based development using tools like Matlab/Simulink

You are familiar with embedded systems and their integration into safety-critical architectures, particularly in high-voltage vehicle systems

You have a good knowledge of English, German is a plus

You have a strong attitude towards team plays and international working environments.
