You develop processes for managing the configuration process and tracking the configuration items for changes and modifications. Developing and maintaining the CM plan, which documents the CM strategy, policies, processes, methods, and tools for the project or system. Establish and maintain the configuration baseline Establishing and maintaining the configuration baseline, which is a set of approved and controlled versions of the project or system components that serve as the reference point for further development, testing, and deployment. Identifying the configuration items (CIs) such as software modules, hardware components, documents, or configurations. Assigning unique identifiers, attributes, and relationships to the CIs, and storing them in a configuration management database (CMDB) or a configuration management system (CMS). Control and manage the configuration changes Controlling and managing the configuration changes, which are any modifications or updates to the CIs or the configuration baseline. Knowledge of the main office automation software/tools (Word, Excel, PowerBi). Experience utilizing a CM Tool (e. g. , Subversion, Clear Case) that supports an enterprise CM framework. Experience working in software system development and sustainment as a software developer, analyst, systems engineer, CM Specialist, or CM systems administrator. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation, with the attitude to contribute constructive and practical ideas. Readiness to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, multitasking international environment. Ability to work autonomously in teams and for projects is required.
