You will be responsible for pre-sales and partner enablement within the Milan region, in alignment with the company's corporate objectives. This includes supporting VARs, System Integrators, and commercial end users. This is a customer-facing technical account management role that requires a broad range of skills and experience. Our Enterprise Networking business unit is primarily a channel-focused organization, working with a wide network of resellers and partners across Milan and surrounding areas. Our partners range from long-standing collaborators to new strategic accounts that require technical onboarding and support. You will have a laser focus on the rapidly growing ProAV sector, where the company plays a key role in driving AV-over-IP adoption for video distribution. This involves working with high-end 1G, 10G, 40G, and 100G Ethernet switches and multicast techniques at Layer 2 and Layer 3. If you are a self-starter with strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a passion for networking technologies, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Partner acquisition and enablement through onsite support, training, and education Pre-sales support from both a technical and commercial standpoint Technical project management and consulting for enterprise networking projects Developing technical solutions and concepts for VAR partners and commercial end users Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and partner events Managing and supporting customer product evaluations and demonstrations Assisting the marketing team in product and solution positioning Maintaining regular communication with Product Line Managers to discuss market trends, customer requirements, and feature requests Experience / Skills / Competencies: 5 years of experience in the networking industry, with a degree (or equivalent experience) in a scientific or engineering field Strong understanding of enterprise networking technologies, including: Expert knowledge of L2/L3 multicast networking, especially IGMP (critical for AV-over-IP solutions) Expertise in Enterprise LAN, WAN, and wireless networking Familiarity with the installation/configuration of Windows, macOS, and UNIX/Linux Strong problem-solving ability and a can-do attitude Excellent team player with interpersonal skills to build positive relationships across the organization Strong presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written) Background in sales systems engineering, ideally from a network hardware vendor, distributor, integrator, or telecom service provider Ambitious, proactive, and ready for the challenges of a growing company Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or CWDP/CWNA are a plus Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Business Development, Engineering, and Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting and Computer Hardware Manufacturing J-18808-Ljbffr
