The System Engineer will be responsible for:Analyzing the input documentation and customer requirementsDefining the functions, the architecture, and the interfaces of the signalling system, customizing the Alstom Generic Solution to the project needsAnalyzing and capturing the product application conditionsConfiguring the system, developing its data preparation, and the relevant documentationDelivering the system application data and performing the "design" testingSupporting the verification & validation on-site commissioning team in the system validation phaseApplying processes, methods & tools in accordance with Alstom standardsContributing to the improvement of the sustainable and innovative transportation standard of the futureRequired skills:Master's degree in engineering, preferably in mobility, transportation, telecommunication, computer engineering, or electronicsGraduate or preferably 2-3 years' experienceGoal-oriented, problem-solving, and team-working approachFlexibility and troubleshooting skillsBasic knowledge of networks and communication protocolsInterest in continuous learning and improving technical and behavioral skills in a dynamic and international environmentPrevious experience and background in railway, metro signalling business, or in a complex and regulatory asset environment (railway, aerospace, defense, etc. )
