MissionThe ideal candidate will support the business in managing and developing the IT tools and programs adopted by the commercial, technical, and administrative functions also through the adoption of the Salesforce platform. Key AccountabilitiesCollecting the business user requirements satisfying the stakeholders and compliance needsGaining business and compliance approvalNegotiating priorities with IT PMs and defining development planningManaging the User Acceptance Test phase involving the users and IT PMs as necessaryTraining and supporting business users in using tools and programs and adopting the new digital solutionsSupporting the Service Desk in identifying problems and solutionsConfiguring standard and custom profiles, communications, layouts, forms, work plan templates, reports, and dashboards in Salesforce platformEducationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer EngineeringQualificationsExperience of IT project management application design and development activities (demand management)Experience in configuring Salesforce Field Service product and APP (standard and custom configuration of profiling, communications, layouts, forms, work plan templates, reports, and dashboards)Appreciated knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud platformNice to have Salesforce Certifications (e. g.
