YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESGather and consolidate stakeholder requirements into a comprehensive system requirements document for charging infrastructure productsIncorporate relevant standards and regulations into the system requirements to ensure compliance with industry norms and best practicesServe as the primary reference for requirements and standards in charging infrastructure projects within the R&D teamProvide support and guidance for feasibility studies, ensuring alignment with system requirementsAssist in defining test cases and planning of the validation processes to ensure compliance with system requirementsRegularly review and update requirements documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with the system architecture and project goalsMaintain and manage project requirements within the corporate requirements management toolYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSDegree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field of studyProven experience in requirements engineering, including working with standards and normative guidelinesFamiliarity with relevant industry standards and their integration into system requirementsIndependent, structured, and solution-oriented work style with excellent analytical thinking skillsA strong passion for staying updated on the latest advancements in EV charging technologyEnthusiasm for teamwork, paired with strong communication and collaboration abilitiesFluent in English; knowledge of Italian and/or German is a plusOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefitsWHY ALPITRONIC Together with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting-edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
