Minimum Qualifications Formal qualifications in computer science, software engineering, or any engineering equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Success Factor software engineer with similar level of experience in the specific tech stack for the area.

Experience of working in agile/iterative software development teams with a DevOps mindset and with an emphasis on self-organization and delivery to agreed commitments.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred: Knowledge of IKEA Brand, culture, values, and way of working.

Ability to actively acquire new knowledge and skills and champion new methods, digital systems, and processes to improve performance.

A day in your life with us Certified Performance Goal management (PMGM) practitioner with an experience of 3-5 years in SuccessFactors Talent Management and must have worked at least with 1 end-to-end implementation.

Good knowledge around Process designs and Personas of SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Module.

Strong configuration skills around Performance Goal management module.

In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM configuration and customization.

Strong understanding of performance management and goal-setting processes and best practices.

Experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors PMGM with other HR systems and modules.

Global and Regional Core EC process knowledge.

Actively participated in Design, Playback, and UAT workshops.

Good Communication and Team Player.

Understands requirements gathering and setting expectations with Business and Product stakeholders.

Also demonstrates personal accountability for keeping delivery on track.

Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business.

Knowledge in Success factor APIs and integrating data to external clouds such as GCP.

Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development.
