Within our Business Line Energy Carriers, we are excited to invite a talented Project Engineer/System Engineering Manager to become a vital member of our forward-thinking Systems & Data Engineering team.

In this key role, you will coordinate engineering design activities for critical systems and plant areas that are essential to the success of our projects. MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Collaborate with Experts: Work alongside a diverse team of professionals to oversee engineering design activities related to essential systems, including underground networks, 3D CAD models, complex package systems, and modules.

• Ensure Alignment: Guarantee that all engineering efforts meet contract requirements and project objectives, with a strong focus on delivering results in terms of time, cost, and quality; • Problem-Solving: Engage in creative thinking and problem-solving to navigate challenges and drive project success; • Innovate Solutions: Contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions that enhance project delivery and operational efficiency; • Contract Management Support: Participate in contract management by providing technical support on variation requests and change orders; • Constructability Reviews: Take part in constructability reviews, ensuring that necessary actions are implemented into engineering design; • Client Support: Assist Project/Technical Management in liaising with the client regarding the 3D Model and defined engineering systems/plant areas; • 3D Model Oversight: Supervise the start-up and execution of 3D Model activities until handover to the site, ensuring quality and accuracy; • Coordinate Reviews: Lead 3D model reviews, supervising outcomes to ensure alignment with project goals; • Plan Development: Participate in defining and finalizing the plan/schedule for multidisciplinary engineering systems. QUALIFICATIONS: • Accountability: Strong sense of personal accountability in decision-making and supervising departmental teams; • Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies; • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of proven technical supervisory experience with people or projects; • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
