Job description**:

- Are you looking for a new professional adventure as System Help Desk in a dynamic and growing Consulting Company?

Well, we are looking for an energetic professional to join our team based at the Milan office!

**What you will do?

- Collaborate with the team of infrastructure to define the support strategy to ensure business continuity

- Work closely to the IT team in international company

- Active directory, configuration of pc and printers

- Manage the ticketing system

- Support an international company located in north-east of Milan

**What We Require?

- Minimum experience as help desk.

- Good attitude and strong relation softskills.

- Knowledge of active directory, ticketing system and cmdb

- Knowledge of written and spoken English.

- Personal Car

- On-site working (full time)

- 15 euro net/on-site worked day

- As we are a Consulting company, and also support our customers at their offices and R&D departments, we ask for flexibility in travelling, a desire to work closely with the customer, and a good amount of face-to-face cooperation.
